STUDIO NEWS – OPENING SOON
We’re putting the final touches on the new Sense Greater Peace Studio right here in Woolacombe. While we’re hoping to open our doors in August, we’re still navigating the last stages — so we can’t guarantee the exact date just yet.
As a seasonal space that flows with the rhythms of coastal life, we invite all holidaymakers and visitors to check back regularly for updates. Once open, the studio will offer a beautiful selection of Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and restorative movement sessions — just a short walk from the beach.
PLEASE NOTE
Reformer 1-1 sessions are currently held in our private home studio in Woolacombe.
This is a temporary arrangement until the opening of the Sense Greater Peace Studio, which is expected sometime in August.
Once all Reformers have arrived, we’ll be offering small group sessions as well.
Please rest assured — our much-loved Beach Yoga and Hotel Lawn sessions will continue as always,
throughout the Spring to Autumn season.
Thank you for your patience as this beautiful space comes to life.

“Sue is an amazing healer through sound therapy, her work with the bowls, gongs, drums and tuning forks works wonders on the mind, body & soul. I had no ideas of the depths that sound therapy could go, improving my life and wellbeing. It has left me feeling connected, in control and ready to move forward.”
-Simona Barbieri, founder of Hubdot
“Thank you Sue, for our very first yoga with you, the most talented and knowledgeable human. You made it so special and this will live with us forever in our souls and the spirit of our family, much love xxx”

Crystal Sounds and Yin Practice
Crystal Sounds and Yin Practice
Breathwork, meditation with the bowls followed by a yin practice of holding a few asanas to deeply release into the connective tissues and holding patterns in our body/mind that causes limitation and restrictions to help find a deeper peace within.
You may be present to all the thoughts, feelings and sensations that arise and invite a sense of curiosity and observation or tune into your breath or sounds/silence
Finally, comfy into a savasana, to be bathed in the sounds of the crystal bowls.
I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you.
