Breathe – Root & Reconnect

Suitable for all-levels.

A class that returns you to the foundations that support every other Reformer or Mat practice.

Expect clear guidance, steady pacing, and thoughtfully layered movements that build confidence and connection without unnecessary complexity.

Move – Build & Expand

A structured, technique-led session using a blend of lighter and stronger springs, with unilateral and varied movement patterns to refine balance, body awareness, and adaptable strength. Level 2-3

Restore – Release & Stillness

A time to soften, let go, and nourish deeply, bringing balance back within.

Flourish – Bespoke 1-1

Booking Reminders

  • Arrive 5 minutes early

  • No zips, oils or sunscreen that might damage the Reformers

  • Bring your own towel, extra blanket or eye mask if needed for Sound or Restore sessions

Parking

Free street parking off season only at selected areas, or, 1 hour free between 10-6pm in season

National Trust Members receive free parking in Marine Drive

Or park in one of the many car parks in Woolacombe.
