Welcome to the Sense Greater Peace Reformer Studio Timetable

Discover our curated timetable of small group Reformer Pilates classes in Woolacombe, lovingly designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re seeking beginner Reformer Pilates, a dynamic Move session, or a deeply supportive Restore class, each session is breath-led and alignment-focused, with only 5 people per class for a truly personal experience.

Prices & Memberships

Class Descriptions

Restore
A little slower paced and focused on establishing the foundations of Reformer, Tower and Pilates. Ideal for complete beginners, seniors, or anyone needing to move with more care.

Breathe
Reformer / Tower classes for all levels. Stretch, align, and reconnect—where gentle strength meets deep awareness. Ideal if you’re building a foundation or seeking space to breathe deeply, physically and emotionally.

Move
For those who love to feel the work. A progressive, breath-led Reformer session focused on performance, precision, and deep strength. Expect challenging sequences and flowing transitions.

Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy, or those managing injuries.

Flourish 1:1
A personalised space to honour your body, rhythm, and needs. Whether for integrated movement, energy healing, rehab, sports-specific support or space to be held, this session adapts around you. Where strength meets soul and your potential is nurtured with care.

Reformer Jump
A low-impact cardio session that adds bounce and joy to your Reformer practice. Playful and energising, this class builds bone density, core strength, and a smile from the inside out.

Not suitable during pregnancy or for those needing a slower pace.

Booking Reminders

  • Bring your own towel, extra blanket or eye mask if needed for Sound or Restore sessions
