Terms of service and liability waiver

 

All sessions are to be booked online “book a class’ or on ‘what’s on”

1:1 sessions, PT, restorative treatments - 12 hours cancellation notice is required or full charge will occur and no replacement session will be offered.

In-person class or online sessions- please note there is a 12 hours cancellation notice that maybe put in place if the class is full that stops anyone else from booking. Sessions can only be taken within your 30 day memberships and not transferred,

If an in person class is cancelled by SGP for any reason, you will given a class transfer valid for the next session within the time frame of your membership, or an online session if you are unable to make another date. No monies will be refunded and credits will be time limited.

On line sessions, your credits run for 30 days from your purchase date, please note the sessions may have some variations to dates, times and content so you are agreeing to purchase knowing this, as no refunds or transfers to any pass once purchased.

ALL Sessions- are not transferable to other persons due to the unique code and health forms and disclaimers.

Sessions are not able to be carried over within your time membership, So please make sure you use your credits, cancel or reschedule any sessions within the time frame. And all sessions must be booked on line please.

Beach sessions will not be refunded once we are on the beach if rain starts. You may be offered an online session if your beach session is cancelled and you are on holiday and cannot make another session.

Sound/ Gong baths, Sound sessions- 12 hour full cancellation fee will be charged. Specific Health forms need to be filled in. Please make sure you bring appropriate warm blankets, mats, cushions, eye masks to make your session as cosy and comfortable as possible, these will not be supplied.

ALL sessions - Any refunds will incur admin/costs charge. So please reschedule to save fees.

When you attend ANY session, in person, online or recordings from the library you are agreeing that:

you do at your own risk, you are responsible for yourself and respectful to any other attendee and your instructor/s

You book knowing that you are responsible to make sure you are fit and well enough to join,

Please do not attend an in person session if you think, or have COVID or any contagious diseases.

That the space around you has been checked by you and is safe to move without obstructions,

Any equipment you use is checked by you prior to class to be fit for purpose.

You bring your mat to session if applicable.

That you will tell the instructor if you are unsure of any guidance given, that you stop if you experience any pain or discomfort, and you alert the instructor if you need assistance, clarification, modifications or support at anytime.

If you need to leave early please let the instructor know beforehand

You work with your bodies own architecture and do not do more than your body is able.

Our ethos is to mindfully move, listening to our bodies wisdom and be guided by our own architecture and how we feel in the moment, there is no competition, pushing and n such thing as “perfect”

If you do not want hands on guidance you must inform the instructor.

Health forms and emergency contact details forms are required for each person. Please make sure you have submitted this or you may not be admitted to class and you are responsible for updating any information that may be relevant and alert your teacher.

Occasionally, respectful and mindful photos or timelapses maybe taken on group sessions for social media advertising and you agree to their usage, you may share these on your social media but you agree to tag @sgpilates @sgyogauk on instagram and @sgpilatesuk on Facebook
