Finding Ease through life in mind, body and soul

This course will support and empower you to Sense Greater Peace, meeting you were you are at and creating the shift to let go of the patterns you create that put limitations in your physical body- why you keep getting problems, aches, pains and can’t seem to shift, we will work through releasing the underlying reasons that maybe causing the repetition of discomfort and frustrations.

I will help join the dots of your emotional, mental and physical patterns so you can be enlightened to what needs releasing, exploring, letting go or shifting to help find a new sense of freedom.

This is at your pace, how ever slow that maybe, and at what ever level you show up at. I am here to support and guide you.

Healing is not linear, nor is it a quick fix, it is about awareness, perspectives, embodiment and curiosity. It is to surrender to being vulnerable and brave to look deeper.

This course will be bespoke to you and will evolve through the sessions to what arises and shows up as we release layers of the stuck, congested and dissonant energy in your bio-field and physical body.

includes -Consultation, mapping out what has happened so far, where you get stuck in all aspects and creating bespoke sessions plus access to a library of supportive practices in between sessions. Sessions can be fully online, in person or a combination of both.

Sessions are held in Woolacombe, if you do not live close you can do the whole course on line, or create your own personal retreat, staying the beautiful holiday destination, have an intense few sessions and then continue online.

Your retreat, walking the beach, the sand dunes and the national trust land and connect with nature, all adding to the wellbeing of your course, you will need to arrange and pay for your own accommodation and make sure you book your sessions in advance, checking availability of sessions and accommodation.
