In this course

  • We will gather and share and support each other as beautiful wise women evolving into the PAUSE. Being seen and heard is an important part of what is needed through this change.

  • Discover how breath work can support your menopause,

  • How controlling emotions can lessen your symptoms through this journey and ways of how to do it.

  • Have mini low/no impact workouts to strengthen your bones and make you feel good not broken,

  • Specifically created Pilates to strengthen your joints and core,

  • Receive Yoga and Yin Yoga, mini Sound healing, meditations and Reiki sessions to support your mind, emotions and body

  • We will have a workshops/talks with myself plus guests ( HRT, Emotional Balancing, Instilling Confidence Why we need an holistic approach. Psoas, the emotional intelligent muscle awareness)

  • You will have access to an online library full of workouts, yoga, meditation and links and information to support you.

  • At the end of each session I invite you to join me for a walk or lets gather and eat /drink at the Town Farmhouse where we can laugh, share joy and connect to ourselves and others through nature and nourishment.

My journey- I am approaching 55, not had a cycle for 7 years. Gained menopause weight and muscle softness, skin changes, hot flashes that I learned to able to control, using techniques I will share, to ease my mind and body to create flowing joints and tissues, realising external and internal triggers and food triggers. I do not use any medications but I am totally open to listening and discussions. Studied menopause and perimenopause via training schools plus my own wisdoms through my own journey, plus listening and learning form my many wonderful women clients and friends. I have run a menopause workshop and I am currently planning a “Pause Retreat for 2023
