Please arrive 5 minutes early
Grip socks are required for all studio sessions
Bring your own or purchase from the SGP shop before class
Please avoid oils, sunscreen, zips or anything that may damage the Reformers
If arriving from the beach, please shower first
Sand and salt will damage the equipment. Entry may be refused without refund if equipment safety cannot be maintained
For Sound and Restore sessions, bring a towel, blanket or eye mask if desired
Parking
Free street parking OFF season only at selected areas, or, 1 hour free between 10-6pm in season
National Trust Members receive free parking in Marine Drive
Or park in one of the many car parks in Woolacombe.
There is a hourly pay carpark within the village
