Our beautiful new boutique reformer studio, nestled here in Woolacombe, is opening soon

Intimate, welcoming and thoughtfully equipped, the space features five state-of-the-art reformers with towers, designed to support you through a range of experiences — from the very first steps of your Pilates journey to more focused practices for strength, mobility and renewal.

With over 20 years of reformer teaching experience, I’m deeply honoured to offer this space in a setting that feels both rooted and radiant. Whether you’re looking to build strength, support your flexibility, ease aches and pains, or simply reconnect with your breath and body, there’s a space for you here.

Each session is crafted with care, skill, and deep respect for where you are — and where you wish to go.

A Note from Sue Dawson

I’ve shared reformer and mat Pilates with clients for two to three decades, and movement and body work for over three decades, and now I’m thrilled to bring this Studio to life here in Woolacombe — my home, a beautiful place that has held my heart for many years.

This studio is just the beginning. It holds the energy of what’s to come: a deeper space for transformation, community, and peace. For now, we open gently but wholeheartedly, with the intention of helping you

  • BREATHE Begin Reformer – Gentle and empowering introduction to the reformer

    Learn how to use the reformer safely, adjust springs and pulleys. Get on and off safely. Get comfy with the whole aspect so you can feel confident from the moment you start the first session whether you have done Pilates a hundred times or never at all.

  • Reformer Pilates

    Breathe (Level 1)

    Focus: Alignment, Stretch, Strength

    Ideal for beginners, those easing back into movement, or anyone seeking a supportive, mindful foundation. Or just love the slower pace and time

  • Focus: Strength, Flow, Performance

    For those with an established movement practice, looking to deepen strength, flow, and vitality and are confident on the reformer.

    If you like more of a workout challenge, sessions are still paced well for good alignment.

  • Bounce into Energy, Flow into Strength

    Dynamic, low-impact, and surprisingly joyful—Reformer Jump uses the jumpboard to create a buoyant, supported cardio experience that’s kind to joints yet powerful in effect. Expect a rhythmical flow that strengthens the core, lifts energy, and leaves you feeling vibrant and alive.

    Ideal for those who love movement with a playful edge, this session supports lymphatic flow, bone density, and a confident connection to your body. As ever, numbers are small, focus is personal, and the joy is shared.


  • Gentle, supported sessions to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence.

  • Reformer / Tower Barre- MOVE

    A spicy and powerful, sculpting movements, inspired by Pilates & Yoga.

    You may use the reformer, tower, weights, mat, oovs, leg bands.

    Expect the burn with squats, lunges and spicy abs.

  • A bespoke one-to-one session using the Reformer or Tower, designed entirely around your body, your rhythm, and your goals. This is your time to flourish—whether you’re building strength, easing pain, reconnecting with movement, or refining your Pilates practice. With focused support and personalised progression, each session offers the space to grow with confidence, care, and clarity.

  • Soul FULL Embodied and Somatic Yoga

  • Supported postures on the Reformer beds using props for depth and release, or using the springs and bars to deepen the stretches.

    Suitable for everyone. You do not have to be flexible to start.

  • Bathe in the vibrations and sounds of the deep Gong sound, the ethereal Crystal bowls and warm tombre of the Himalayan bowls

    Sessions may be

    Crystal Yin or Restorative Yoga, , Chakra sound Journey, Gong Fusion, Sound Bath Immersions, Sound Courses for wellbeing/ menopause / relaxation / finding clarity

    Studio Sessions for 5 persons- deeply immersive. Lie off the floor on the reformer padded top, blankets, bolsters supplied.

    Hall Session- larger group sessions
