Reformer Tower Pilates combines the depth of mat work with the versatility of the Reformer.
Using the Tower’s springs, push-through bar, and roll-down bar, alongside classical Reformer movements such as legs and arms in straps, this practice offers a truly complete experience.
You’ll move through a wide variety of positions—lying, kneeling, standing, side-lying, prone, supine, and sitting—giving every part of the body the chance to strengthen, mobilise, and lengthen.
The Tower provides support when needed and resistance when it’s time to challenge, enhancing exercises such as teasers, roll downs, and spinal articulation.
