How We Work Together

You’ll work 1:1 with me in a calm, fully equipped studio space. Each session is tailored to your goals, patterns, and energetic needs—combining breath, awareness, and intelligent movement.

I bring over 30 years of teaching experience, drawing on Pilates, biomechanics, Yoga, Fitness and weight training, Eastern practices and subtle somatic cues to help you move better and feel more like yourself again.

Expanded Movement Offerings on the Reformer

Alongside classical Reformer work, I offer dynamic and creative variations including Jumpboard for cardio and spring-based plyometrics, interval-based Reformer sessions for stamina and flow, and Garuda-inspired sequences that combine strength with grace. I also bring my background in yoga into the practice, offering gentle breath-led flows on the Reformer that support mobility, grounding and deep core connection.

• Performance & Alignment

Ideal for athletes, surfers, and active clients. Combines precise core work with dynamic tools such as Jumpboard and Garuda-inspired sequences for fluid power and coordination.

• Rehab & Restore

Supportive sessions for injury recovery, nervous system fatigue, or structural imbalance. Focused, spacious, and personalised—often integrating gentle flows and restorative reformer positioning to release tension and rebuild trust in the body.

• Energise & Strengthen

Interval-style Reformer with conscious pace—designed to build stamina, strength and postural grace. May include Jumpboard, prop work or spiral movement to challenge and revitalise.
