Thursday Evening First Breath and Sound Meditation
A quiet and intimate opening to the studio.
Two 25 minute sessions, each limited to just 5 people:
6:00 – 6:30pm
7:00 – 7:30pm
Rest on the Reformer bed, snuggle under a blanket, and let yourself be held in stillness. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and the pure resonance of crystal bowls, we will welcome intentional healing into the room, the studio, and for all who will step into this space in the future.
This is an invitation to be among the very first to breathe life into Sense Greater Peace.
